submitted by Tannia J. - |Recommended: NoDon't waste your money — This might be the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. I wish there was a way to give a rating of ZERO. Maintenance is nonexistent. The office staff is USELESS. The units are old and raggedy. The pools are always dirty and closed. There's always trash on the ground. The fees they charge you monthly are insane. My first year here I had no complaints but every year since it's been a nightmare living here. I can't wait to move. This complex needs to be shut down and rebuilt from the ground up including the staff.

submitted by Ahmad A. - |Recommended: NoHigh rent for small place — First year was fine In everything but after you guys raised the rent 100 a month you lost all quality and that only came behind greed in a way you charge tenants this way 13 months a year Maintenance takes forever to respond and start working on it I was always not finding a spot to park my vehicle and I was always parking it wherever Reducing the grace period every month to the rent to be paid on the second of the new month made it more difficult on tenants You guys keep sending emails and alerts about paying the rents like crazy it was like tenants running away from paying rents Which shows that you guys killing yourselves to get the rents part of the greed Finally I just want to say that I moved out my place but unfortunately I will never recommend anyone I know to move and live there Thank you

There’s no accommodations for the amenities, and you’re constantly watched in the gym as if you’re a kid by a member of the staff. Maintenance request are not fulfilled. I’ve has to literally find a maintenance guy to get my ac repaired. Will be moving out ASAP. Entrance gate is either open for months and then randomly is locked. My guest vehicles and other tenants cars were broken into. We pay for amenities in our rent yet can’t use them because of their strict rules.
